About us

These terms apply to purchases made on www.chuckles.shop ("Chuckles", "we"). Contact: hello@chuckles.shop.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil.

Sourcing requests

Submitting a request is free and creates no obligation on either side. Quoted prices are valid for 7 days. We only source genuine products from legitimate suppliers.

Reserving before payment

While card payments are being switched on, you can reserve an order. Reserving takes no payment and creates no obligation: we email you a secure payment link, and the contract is formed only when you choose to pay it. Reserved orders are held for 7 days, and you can cancel at any time by replying to that email.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and in our Delivery & Returns policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; we additionally offer 30-day returns as set out in our Delivery & Returns policy. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights. Our total liability is otherwise limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
