Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer free tracked delivery on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day and typically arrive within 2–4 working days. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@chuckles.shop with your order details and we'll take care of the rest.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
