Who we are

Chuckles ("we") operates www.chuckles.shop. You can contact us at hello@chuckles.shop.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and order details so we can fulfil your purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If you use our request-a-toy service we also store the details of your request and your email so we can reply with a price.

We also collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, add-to-cart events) to understand how the site is used. This is not linked to your identity.

How we use it

We use your data to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our fulfilment supplier (name and delivery address only).

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
